Bio
Terence McClain is a Research Computer Engineer for the Crew Systems and Aviation Operations Branch at NASA Langley Research Center. Before on-boarding with NASA in 2023, Terence spent 15 years as a Mathematician for the FAA’s William J. Hughes Technical Center in New Jersey. His work at the Technical Center was with the Cockpit Simulation Facility involving mathematical modeling of aircraft, computer science, software integration, laboratory integration, avionics integration, NextGen concept development, and innovation development.
Since joining NASA Langley, Terence has supported the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) Subproject under Air Traffic Management eXploration (ATM-X) as the Airspace Integration, Testing, and Demonstration (AIT&D) Lead and currently supports the Air Mobility Pathfinders (AMP) Project under the Integrated Airspace Team of the Airspace Operations Subproject.
